This shipping policy applies to all orders placed via our online store. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase. Our prices, delivery times and shipping conditions may differ depending on the delivery address (EU or non-EU country).
We currently ship worldwide from our boutique in Antwerp, Belgium, including:
Belgium
Other countries within the European Union
Non-EU countries in Europe
North America (including the United States and Canada)
Worldwide destinations outside Europe
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will check if delivery is possible.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
During peak periods (holiday season, special promotions) processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order has been placed.
We ship with reputable international carriers (such as DHL, FedEx or similar services), depending on destination and order value.
All shipments are sent with tracking.
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders, regardless of order value or destination.
If we offer optional express or special delivery services in the future, any additional costs for such services will be clearly shown during checkout and you must actively select them before they are charged.
The following delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Times refer to business days after dispatch:
Belgium: approx. 5–7 business days
European Union: approx. 7–14 business days
Non-EU Europe & United Kingdom: approx. 10–20 business days
Rest of world (including United States & Canada): approx. 10–21 business days
Delays caused by customs inspections, local delivery issues or force majeure (strikes, weather, etc.) are outside our control but we will assist you in tracking your parcel where possible.
For deliveries to Belgium and other EU countries, all prices shown in the shop are gross prices including Belgian VAT (where applicable).
Any applicable VAT will be shown separately on your invoice and during checkout.
For deliveries outside the EU, our prices do not include local sales taxes, import duties, customs fees or handling charges that may be levied by the destination country’s customs authorities.
We do not charge EU VAT on exports to non-EU countries.
Shipments are usually sent on a DAP / DDU (Delivered At Place / Duties Unpaid) basis:
This means that any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs office upon import.
We strongly recommend that customers outside the EU contact their local customs office for information on possible import charges before placing an order.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is not collected / is refused and returned to us, we will contact you.
In such cases, we can either
reship the parcel to a corrected address (subject to confirmation and any additional shipping or return costs charged to us by the carrier), or
refund the order amount minus any actual return costs and fees charged by the carrier, once the parcel has safely returned to us and been checked.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:
Report the damage to the carrier upon delivery, and
Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the parcel and the item.
We will work with you and the carrier to find an appropriate solution (replacement, repair or refund, depending on the case and availability).
If a parcel appears lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier. A replacement or refund will be offered once the investigation is closed and the loss is confirmed.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods, including any customs fees for sending items back to Belgium.
