• Am I limited to the designs I see online and in store?
Seen something somewhere else you can't get your hands on, don't worry we've got you covered. We can help you either find or custom create the perfect piece you're looking for.
• Is it safe to ship fine jewellery?
All orders are securely handled by trusted carriers such as FedEx and USP. Once shipped all orders are fully insured by Diamonds Forever.
• What are your shipping rates?
We charge € 25 for insured shipping. All orders above €1.500,00 are being shipped free of charge.
• Do you sell internationally?
We are happy to serve shoppers from all over the world. Pricing may vary based on your final shipping destination and duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us for details.
• Can I track my order once shipped?
An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. To check on the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number displayed in the email.
• How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All in-stock items generally take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped out to the customer. Shipping time varies depending on method and location.
