Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized BELGIUM VAT is applied to orders dispatched within the BELGIUM. Local VAT is applied to all other EU destinations.THE NON EUROPEAN COUNTRIES CAN CLAIME THE TAXES BACK BY PROVING THAT THE ORDER IS SHIPPED TO THE NON EUROPEAN COUNTRY .THE VAT OF 21% WIL BE WIRED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.

No Return Policy
For security reasons, Diamonds Forever can NOT accept ANY returns of purchased products.
Special Diamond Orders and Custom Design
Deposit of 35% will be charged when you place a special diamond order or request a custom designed product. This deposit will not be reimbursed if order is cancelled or returned. Our 10% discount on first orders does not apply on custom made designs.
“On Hold” Deposits
“On hold” deposits to guarantee jewelry and/or stone availability will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation of the purchase by the customer.
Purchase Approval
All purchases are subject to the final approval of Diamonds Forever. If the item (items) purchased is not available, Diamonds Forever will offer a replacement item. If the customer does not accept the replacement item, customer will receive a 100% payment refund.e are specialised in diamonds, gemstones, 18KT gold and platinum jewelry.
